Q: How do I change the city that I track? A: In order to make personalization more individualized, My iWon features,
such as Lottery, Weather and TV can all be personalized individually.
You may change cities to track in weather by clicking the link labeled "Edit" in the upper right hand corner of the local weather page
just to the left of the ads in the blue box.
On the "My iWon" page, you will find the link to the editing features on the "Today's Weather" bar. You may choose up to two cities to
track on your "My iWon" page. Once done, simply click on "Save & return" to go back to your local weather page.
Please note that you may also view weather in other cities by entering a city and state or a zip code into the search field under "Find
Local Weather" or by clicking on "Locate a city by region".

Q: I used to have a particular city tracked on my home page, it's no longer there. Why? A: As you may be aware, we recently changed Weather providers to Weather.com. We were unable to convert the weather listing during this change of providers for a select number of cities. If you were previously tracking weather conditions for any non-U.S. cities, you may need to add them back to your iWon page or if the city that you originally had set to display on your iWon page is no longer listed on your My iWon start page, you may need to set this up again as your default city to track. You can do this by selecting the edit link at the top of the iWon Weather module and then locating the city to track.

Q: I used to have a particular city tracked on my home page and now it's showing a town nearby. Why?
A: As you may be aware, we recently changed Weather providers to Weather.com. Out weather provider takes data from weather stations throughout the country (not every city or town has a weather station). The majority of weather stations are at airports, and some large cities have set up their own to be able to provide more accurate weather reporting for their citizens. As a result, in the vast majority of cases throughout the US, you're not really getting a weather report for your actual "city", but rather, the weather report and forecast for the closest weather station. If the new weather provider does not receive information from the same location that you used to have set up within your Weather feature, your iWon Weather module will display the closest city that is currently tracked.
