Q: What are the gray numbers (example: 5>) next to the links I see on iWon?
A: Those are the number of entries you will automatically get by clicking on that link. That's all you have to do - It's that simple! Currently, you can get a maximum of 100 entries a day, each of which is counted toward the $10,000 Weekday, 5 X $1,000 Weekend, and (up to) $25 Million Annual Sweepstakes. (Each entry is also counted toward the Monthly Bonus Prizes Sweepstakes once you register - for free - for the Prizes. 10>

Q: Why does my entry counter go away (providing just links to "iWon", "My iWon", and "Shopping") as I click deeper into the site?
A: On some pages, the entry counter will go away, and will be replaced with links to "iWon", "My iWon", and "Shopping". Click on any of these links to get back to a web page on iWon that displays your entry counter.

Q: May I continue to use iWon after I reach the daily entry limit?
A: Absolutely! In fact you can spend all day on iWon. Email your family...keep up with the stock market throughout the day...get sports score updates throughout the night...or read every little bit of iWon Today's daily tips, jokes, recipes and more. Q: I forgot my member ID and password. Should I register again?
A: We don't recommend that you have more than one iWon membership. Having more than one account will make keeping an accurate count of your cumulative entries difficult. Also, if you accumulate more than 100 entries in a single day as a result of having multiple accounts, you will not be eligible to win. If you can't remember your ID or Password,

Q: How do I update my member information?
A: You can update your registration information online by selecting 1 >
My Profile from the iWon home page. We recommend that you keep your information current so we can contact you if you win.

Q: Someone else's name is on the top left of my iWon page. What should I do?
A: If someone else used iWon on your computer and did not sign out, you will see their member name in the upper left corner of the screen.

To sign on with your own account (you want to be the one who wins, don't you?), simply click on "I'm not <name>" and you will see a page for you to sign in with your own Member ID and Password.

If you share your computer, you can click on "sign out" on your iWon home page when you are finished using iWon. Then, when you come back, just sign in and we will know it's you!
